The sad thing is that the dyeing around the shoulders is cute — the great big circle at the waist is a world of NO, and any halfway competent designer should have noticed that.

If they had just done the shoulders and the bottom hem in the folded tie-dye, and left the middle to be scrunched instead of the starburst effect they went with, it would be a nice enough outfit.
