The Dream that never dies!
By FrancescaI’ve made no secret of the fact that almost my entire wardrobe comes from Talbot’s Woman Petites. With just a few exceptions, Francesca’s shopping habits consist of 1. waiting for a sale at Talbots, then 2. Spending an obscene amount of money all at once at Talbots.
Now Francesca has discovered the OUTLET section of Talbots.com, and the angels are singing! No more waiting for sales! The sales come to us!
Look! This very cute crochet tee, in 2x and 3x Woman Petite (and also regular Women, and Misses sizes), down from $32 to just $9!

The Irish Linen skirt which Francesca has coveted in the past, still available in one of my favorite colors. Down from $118 to $29!

And see here! Another skirt which Francesca has long coveted, down from $134 to $40! That is the savings of almost $100! Mmmm, mmmm, Francesca loves to shop!

Colors and sizes sell out quickly, but the Outlet section is always there, beckoning to Francesca . . . .beckoning . . . beckoning . . .
Happy shopping!
xoxo, Francesca

I live near a Talbots Outlet! Now I must find the money in order to go shop there this weekend…

I love the Talbot’s for they have the Tall sizes in 18 and 20, and plenty of stuff in 1X and 2X. For someone with an “edgy” style, I seem to shop there a whole lot.

I love that Talbot’s carries women’s petite clothing, but why, why do they charge $20 more for everything in a women’s size? I do not believe for one second that the extra fabric is worth that much.

I too love the Talbots…but why oh why are the inseams on the women’s trousers a PALTRY 31 inches. I, at 5′10 and a bit can barely get away with a 34 in. inseam. The only place I can find decent work pants is Lands End (they hem for free!) and more often than not they err on the side of frumpy.

Oh! I did not know they carried women’s petites. I have my dear mother’s height but not her waist, and so I have double-trouble finding things. And wow, the prices at the outlet…

Talbot’s Woman! What did I do before? Their pants fit my waist AND hips. When I retire, I’m opening a Talbots 14W store, and selling all this stuff off!
