I went yesterday and bought that top in black. SO CUTE and very flattering. I also got the most beautiful teal satin short trench. Worth every cent.

Lane Bryant rocks! I’m on the short side of tall and the skinny side of plus (I’m 5’7″ and 180). My sister turned me onto their Lafayette pants and I’ve bought 4 pairs since June. Finally pants that don’t freeze my ankles or squeeze my booty.

I used to love LB, but I feel that their clothing has taken a decidedly hideous turn – cheap fabrics, unflatteringly busy prints and odd cuts. LB was never high end, but some of these clothes look straight out of Dots. Yet, they’re prices certainly aren’t Dots-esque. Nice pieces can be found here and there, especially when you stick to the basics. However, I’ve written off this season and I’m keeping my fingers crossed for spring.
