I tracked them down on the Internet after I saw part of the text in a wellness newsletter.
This ad is available as a poster — marktwainbooks.com has it. There’s a cuter one around, too — a color poster with a winking girl, showing off her boxes of Fat-Ten-U and the alarmingly named Corpula (“What do you call a fat vampire?”).
