Yesterday I had to go buy jeans, as a few pair of mine have worn out and it's laundry day and the combination of the two factors was about to make me go to work in, gak, chinos (sabrina + business casual = frumpy, unhappy sabrina). Apparently it was 40% off anything coupons day. Everybody in line had coupons except for me, until the woman behind me in line offered me one. I was the only person who paid more than like $50 for an armload of clothes. Groan! Oh well. Thank you, Mystery Lady, for the coupon. It saved me $15! (I don't want to think what I would have saved if I had gone in armed with coupons downloaded from the web site. I'm just thankful they had my size of jeans, since the pickins were sale-day slim, so now I can go to work dressed as God intended... not in chinos!) Tell me about it! I'd love to see these in bright jewel toned solids or more subtle patterns like small polkadots or japanese inspired prints. Every time I buy something online, I Google "(retailer name) coupon" and check the results. There are TONS of sites that collect and list promotion codes and coupons for online shoppers, and I take advantage of every one I can. Don’t just check for Avenue coupons, either. Decent clothes, good quality, great sales. I signed up for the email list and I get a coupon nearly twice a week. I also hear they give you another coupon in your birth month, and I've gotten a physical coupon every time I go in.
