Of any kind! For petty money!), and that Francesca would find out about it on the blog rather than from the mouth of Plumcake or Manolo. Hah! She has been had! Luckily, she had responded only with a gracious email to Plumcake saying “we will not speak of this again,” and so she does not look like a Big Idiot, only a Little Idiot (though she is, of course, Big). She will now do penance by buying two pairs of Damon slingbacks by Jimmy Choo: One pair to soothe the Francesca’s ego, and one as a sacrificial offering to the holy Plumcake.
Anyhoo, moving right along . . . . Here is the Prom Dress of the Day!

I have tried on that dress and it is fantastic. Also, I need those shoes.

I am way past prom age (if I’d have gone, mine would have been in 1982), but that is a beautiful dress. I’ll wait until it trickles down to Off Fifth, LOL.
