When my friend the Bodacious Red-headed Pediatrician was doing a fellowship in Memphis (either St Jude or Methodist Children's -- can't remember), she treated the girl. She pulled the chart and wasn't sure how to pronounce the name. Sh*thead's mother corrected her: "That's shiTHEED!" My friend Lindley's sister in law is a labor and delivery nurse and helped deliver the baby. She pleaded with the mom to pick a different name. Lemonjello and orangello, I don't know about them.
