Terrific list! I live outside of the US, and wanted to mention that in some cases freight forwarders are useful. I use one in Miami called Four Star Cargo - they accept packages for me and then ship them on to my designated address. It costs a bit more but something like this may be a helpful option for some. (The charge is usually per shipment, so be careful of any vendor that ships each piece as it arrives).
