Is there something wrong with non-cotton lining? Why a cotton slip? I am just starting to wear skirts (over Spanx), so I want to know before I wear my new lined skirts out in public! I don’t understand this:

Really? Really really? Are you sure you have that many readers who are fourteen years old and off to their first job as assistant summer camp counselors?
