There are two Botero sculptures at Denver’s performng arts complex. They look so classy and ready for culture.
Here’s one

An all-time favorite of ours, these Botero works were a delight to find here today! Thanks!

I was a reporter in my former life, and I actually sat down with the artist to discuss his works – including several voluptuous sculptures on exhibit in Chicago. For him, Botero explained, the size of his figures represents a fullness; an expressive joy of life and possibility. He says this is the very essence of his Latin sensibility come to life through his art.

My husband likes the dancing couple. He said “what a great a** and her legs are just the way they should be”. Im keeping him and buying the print!

Karen B., we are so jealous of you! To actually have met and spoken with Fernando himself! He is truly one of my heroes.
