I was just about to mail you guys about this article. Not because it’s news to the readers of MFTBG of course (it isn’t), but because it’s apparently news to nearly everyone else.
I bet the next such installment of “news” will be publishing results of a study that many overweight people often eat healthy, balanced, non-gargantuan meals, and that no small number of thin people inhale junk food like air…

I saw that article last night and just knew I’d see something about it when I logged in this morning.
Once people start getting past the whole horror of fat thing, then it becomes possible to deal with each persons’ health (or lack thereof) on an individual basis. There’s no downside to that concept.

My doctor and many of my slender friends have been continually frustrated by the fact that my cholesterol level is a thing of beauty. The doc just keeps looking at my blood tests in disbelief, as if he thinks there must be some conspiracy afoot. Nice to know I’m not alone.
