P.S. Most of the comments to Dr. Rob’s post are fat-friendly, except those from a troll who claims to be an MD but really probably isn’t at all. Just pooh-pooh him and focus on the fascinating discussion about Cushing’s disease.

    I wish this was my doctor. I actively avoid going to the doctor to take care of health issues because I want to avoid the chewing out that I always get about my weight.

    Kudos to Dr. Rob for realizing that shaming is a pointless exercise (and that jeebus for that!).
