Voter discount and other news from Torrid

1) Tomorrow and Wednesday, bring proof that you voted to any Torrid store, and they will give you $10 off any purchase. Sweet! This offer is valid only in physical stores.

2) If you are looking to work in plus-size retail, check out the “Hiring Open House” at Torrid stores this Wednesday, November 5. Call your local Torrid shop for times and details.

3) Torrid has created a page for clothes which they call “British Punk Rock.” If you like plaid, or vests, or punk rock, check it out. Francesca likes the cadet cap, and the grey plaid double-breasted vest, and the red and black checked tunic, and –believe it or not – the tartan weave pants.

  1. Uh – Starbucks in CA was giving out free coffee to those who voted but were told to stop. It’s illegal to offer voting incentives.

    (Starbucks solved their problem by giving free coffee to anybody who asks for it on Nov 4, which is fine. Maybe Torrid will do similarly?)
