You should be re-measured for proper bra size every six months and/or whenever you gain or lose a few pounds.
The right “foundation garments” make all the difference in looking superfantastic!
If you live in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Miami, or San Diego, Francesca recommends bra fittings at Intimacy. They know what they are doing! Just remember their bra cups run a little small, so if they say you wear, say, a 42D, then you probably wear a 42C when shopping elsewhere. But they will show you how a bra is supposed to look and feel!

In Los Angeles, I can heartily recommend Creative Woman: The Wizard of Bras in Monrovia. It’s right off the 210 and they’re wonderful. They do great fittings and have a large selection of bras in just about every possible size.
