In order to avoid knee surgery and improve some other health conditions, the Gemdiva has been on a weight loss and exercise regimen for a little over a year now. As a result of all this, the Gemdiva was in desperate need of bras that fit and would not break the bank. I was overjoyed to see Francesca’s post about the Lane Bryant sale (I love Cacique!). I took full advantage and the Girls are now riding back where they belong. Many thanks Francesca for providing a valuable public service.

I just tried to use that code at Igigi and it only took off 30%.

Okay, I called Igigi and the 4THOFJULYSALE is for *up to* 50% off. So you will either get 50% off or 30% off when you check out, depending on the item. And you won’t know which discount you get until you apply the coupon.
I’m still buying the dress I wanted, though!

The Gemdiva makes the Margo look askance at her team of two and sigh that she really has to get out and get fitted again; while the rest of the bod is same ol’, same ol’, the twins have seemingly taken every calorie on board. Point 1: OW. Point 2: Clothing doesn’t look so good when yer over-the-shoulder-boulder-holder ain’t.
(Point 3. is a whinge, which is that The Margo’s boobs lack any of this Boob Magick that everyone else seems to have missed her by. Blokes never pay the slightest bit of attention, regardless of neckline or tightness of sweater. Hence, the Margo has given up on finding pretty bras that bring all the boys to the yard, and just tries to be comfortable and stylish).
