As I’ve commented previously, some troglodyte once said that only children and prostitutes may wear red shoes. Well, I’m not a kid anymore so I guess I’ll have to change professions since I do love ruby kicks!

It’s was Dylan Thomas who said only whores and children wore red shoes. A wonderful poet and essayist, and not a bad sartorialist either, but I’m not sure I’d agree with his decree just this once.

Bless you! I just bought these Kathryn Kerrigan shoes for a crazy 80% off -they arrived from Amazon yesterday and they are beyond delicious! There are quite a few mediocre reviews of her shoes on Amazon, but I LOVE them, and have just ordered the red flats as well. For those of us who are well endowed below the ankle, Kerrigan is a godsend!

I have the Cole Haan version, and I love them. At least I don’t sleep in my makeup.
