Super simple lemon yellow high-heeled sandals from L’Autre Chose on sale for sixty bucks. L’AC is pretty generous in their sizing from the two pairs I own, especially for a French company (French companies tend to make shoes on a narrow last). These are the solution to summerizing a black dress and although they’re not Advanced Fashion like these from Viktor and Rolf:

the barely-there yellow sandal is the exact type of shoe that even straight guys notice.
