I wasn’t sad, and I’m not single, but it reminds me why I love to read (and sometimes mock) personal ads so much. Especially enjoyed the “I like to have fun” montage – a nice reminder to be more specific.
You know, I think I’ve met the guy in the Viking helmet and furs. Then again, I spent five years in the SCA and have frequented Renaissance Faires for thirty years and change. It may have been his brother.
Aww… some of the guys seemed sweet, if a bit awkward. But for the mustachio-ed, mullet-toting ones, I wanted to add “Macho, Macho Man” to the soundtrack. I remember 1987, and that look was dated even then.
And gads, some of those patterned sweaters were amusing. The Viking looked more fashion-savvy than half the guys.
Just shows that no matter how much things change, that everything remains the same… Looks like most of the guys I’ve met on dating sites now except with better attitudes….LMAO!!!

I am now clinging to my single status as Dorothy Parker to her gin pail.
Though the ginger fella is kinda hot. He’s only be about 60 now, right?

Whenever I regret being single, I think of Henry VIII.

Thank you for the best laugh I’ve had in ages! I really hope whoever made that does a female version as well.
